Refund policy

We hope you love your Rola Skin products as much as we do, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a returns policy in place.

FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEM
If the product/s you have received is faulty or damaged, please email us at hello@rolaskin.com with a photo/video and a detailed description of the product fault.

INCORRECT ITEM/S RECEIVED
If you have received a product/s that you have not ordered, please email us at hello@rolaskin.com within 5 days of receiving your product/s with a photo of the product/s you have received, as well as your order number.

Please do not open or dispose of the product/s until we have been in contact with you.

ALLERGY / ADVERSE REACTION RETURN
If you believe you have had an allergic or adverse reaction to one of our products, please discontinue use immediately and contact us at hello@rolaskin.com.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURN
If you change your mind, we will accept product returns within 5 days of receiving your parcel. To be eligible for a change of mind return, your product/s must be in the same condition you received it, unopened, unused, and with all original packaging. If we are satisfied with the condition of your returned product/s, we will provide you with a refund to the value of the returned product/s less any freight or handling costs communicated in advance. Please email us at hello@rolaskin.com to request a return.

REFUNDS
We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. ROLA SKIN LTD will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@rolaskin.com.

Please Note: If you are returning a product/s that was part of a discounted set or bundle, you will not receive the full price of that individual item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
