Meet our Co-founder
"Rola Skin was born out of a deep passion for Korean skincare. Having experienced the transformative power of Korean skincare firsthand, I wanted to bring that same level of nourishment and balance to skincare products that reflect my vision of natural beauty.
Our focus lies in hydration and moisture, the fundamental pillars of beautiful skin, specially crafted for delicate, sensitive, and irritation-prone skin - the typical skin condition of people living in polluted cities.
My mission is to evoke a sensation similar to a freshly blooming flower bouquet each time someone use Rola Skin, nurturing both inner harmony and external radiance.

FAQ about Rola Skin
All Rola Skin skincare products are designed to comfort and be beneficial for sensitive skin. But many time your skin can look sensitive but actually is just sensitised, so let us clarify the differences.
They are two type of sensitivity - the first is a skin type, the other is a temporary skin state.
Sensitive skin is usually genetic. It may be linked to conditions like eczema, urticaria or rosacea and it's characterised by thin, weak skin, with blood vessel which are nearer the surface - making it vulnerable to irritation and prone to blotchiness and blushing. It can be rarely be fixed, but it can be well managed with the right skincare, like our products.
Sensitised skin, it's what we call delicate skin, and is more common. Caused by external factors such as the environment or wrong skincare products. It can be triggered in any skin type and means the skin's natural defences have been physically damaged. The great news is that sensitised skin is simple to solve, using clean, highly nourishing and soothing skincare products that strengthen the skin barrier, like ROLA SKIN products.
We formulate our products without essential oil and fragrance as they can be irritating, very damaging and create discomfort to sensitive or sensitised skin, and we want our formulas to be gentle enough for even the most sensitive skin!
Overexfoliating with acids can lead to issues like dry skin, breakouts, and inflammation. An acid-free skin care routine, filled with gentle-yet-effective skin care products is the best to keep skin healthy than using acid products. Acid-free routine is especially beneficial for those with sensitive skin or anyone living with a chronic skin condition, such as rosacea, eczema, or dermatitis.

Our products are pregnancy-friendly as we do not formulate with retinols, phthalates and hydroquinone.
Additionally, we do not formulate our products with the following ingredients that health professionals often recommend avoiding during pregnancy:
